1.  Can a BaByWeB be given as a gift?

Yes - we will provide you with an attractive Gift Certificate in an envelope

2.  What will my web address be?

Your baby web will be hosted in its own folder.  It's address will look look like this:

 www.babyzone.co.za/yourname

3.Will my BaByWeB look like all the others?

No - Although the layout is preset, you can choose from a range of backgrounds, colours and fonts to make your BaByWeB unique

4. What if I want to make changes or additions to my BaByWeB?

Simply send us an e-mail, fax or snail-mail  with details (and images).  We will change the text, add pictures and update milestones as you require for the entire time your BaByWeB is hosted - and at no additional cost.

5. I don't have digital images?

No problem - Our first choice is always an original digital image, but we will scan and optimise your baby photo's for publication to the website for free.  After all, not everybody has access to digital camera's.  The only cost you incur is the postage (please include a self-adressed stamped envelope should you want the pictures back.

6. How long does the BaByWeB remain on the Internet?

We undertake to host your BaByWeB for THREE years.  That's right, you get THREE years hosting included with the package.   We did this for three reasons; First, after their third birthday we are dealing with little children, not babies.  Second, what value would a gift website be if there was nowhere to put the photo's from the first birthday. Third, because we can - we rent bulk space on a major server.

7. What happens at the end of the three years?

We copy your website onto a CD-Rom disk that you can keep forever (and use on the embarrassing slide show at your baby's 21st).  The disk will include the final website and all the images used during the three years.  

8. What if I want to host it beyond that?

No problem - you can buy hosting extension packs at R60 for six months, R100 for a year and R200 for another three years

9. How many pictures am I allowed?

We allocate 2 MB of server space per web.  This will allow for all your text and about 80 web-quality images. 

10. How do we know you will be around in three years time?

This is not a home-business.  We are a registered business with over four years experience in the Internet Marketing and Web Design industry.  We will be here tomorrow, next week, next month and for all the years that people continue to buy this wonderful gift for their loved ones.

11. I'm concerned about having our personal information in the Internet!

We believe our beautiful babies should be shown to the world.  However it's a sad world sometimes so we recommend you exclude family names, addresses and "nudie" pics.  We are in the process of setting up a password protected environment for those who want it.  Dezinaweb Advertising cc does not publish or submit your BaByWeB details to any third party whatsoever.  We also do not share our client information with anyone!
